Volunteers Initiative Nepal

VIN is a non profit charitable volunteer organization based in Nepal founded in 2005. Their mission is to empower marginalized communities through enhanced education, health, income generation, and basic infrastructure programs with special focus on women and children. They achieve this by conducting training and research through mobilizing local and international volunteers to promote equality, economic well-being and basic human rights.

Tell History is working together with VIN to collect and promote the voices and stories of the communities they help, with special attention to women and children. We highlight their important work here so that the entire world can get to know the voices of rural Nepal.
