Rebuilding villages in Northern Iraq

Humanitarian expert Stafford Clarry remembers that in the wake of the Gulf War, not only did recent refugees return home to Northern Iraq, but so did people who had left decades beforehand. Often the villages they had left behind had been looted or destroyed completely. Clarry recalls his part in the massive undertaking to provide shelter for countless people across the region.
