Dartmouth 78 Moosilauke Stories

Moosilauke Ravine Lodge, the hallowed base for freshman trips for decades, has brought generations of Dartmouth students and alumni together.

After so many great years, the Ravine Lodge is being rebuilt. Dartmouth Class of 1978 has agreed to raise $1.1 million to build the ’78 Bunkhouse at Moosilauke as part of our 40th reunion. The ’78 Bunkhouse will house lodge staff, hikers, and researchers, and will have more kitchen and common space than other bunkhouses. It is also intended to include solar power that will feed the main Lodge.
